Rude staff. Bag checking is fine as it is a store policy. (I shopped at coles prior to going into aldi) 99% of the brand of items in my bag were not Sold at aldi and I was treated like a thief being asked to present a receipt even after she’s inspected my cooler bag then was given an attitude after which is absolutely disrespectful. Not quite sure how these poor attitude staff get hired. I wonder what will happen if I had not taken a receipt from coles today.

Foods,vegetables and fruits reasonable prices compared to its competitors like coles or woolies just their customer service skills the staff need to gain more knowledge in these fields

Love Aldi as it has great quality products at fantastic price's. The middle Isle is where you can find awesome products you didn't know you needed. I bought a 4 wheel trolley for $20. ( moving heavy items eg. Fridge, washing machine....) I wish I bought more, they are so good. A few things here are cheaper than Bunnings & better quality. I also love Bunnings but Aldi has got great deals at time's.

My fave Aldi for food, produce and homewares priced for families on a budget. I park under the building- early morning 8.30am to 9am. Service: always friendly. Cleanliness; clean store when I shop. Value for money; excellent prices, cheaper than Coles or Woolworths, product range is smaller, but prices make up for it. Overall, well worth switching from big three stores (woolies, Coles, iga).If you found this review helpful please click like :):)

Staff very rude and arrogant . The girl at the cash register was aggressive when i got my card pin wrong twice and said it is odd in very rude way . She said to my problem if im sensitve and asked me to move away and talk to the manager . Pathetic

I've had nothing but a pleasant experience every time I've walked into this Aldi store except tonight. Arrived at the register (I was the only person there). One of the male staff was wiping down an area a few metres away. He saw me but chose not to acknowledge my presence. I waited a few minutes more and made eye contact with him to show I was waiting. He finally came over looking very annoyed without so much as a hello or greeting (happy to overlook as I suspect he'd been working all day and his shift was almost over). Scanned the items and I paid. He literally threw the change on the table! Utterly unacceptable behaviour. Terrible attitude from beginning to end.

Purchased a pack of donuts and a pack of 4 choc chip muffins, went back to return them in less than half an hour, staff member initially refused to return them then said it's a one off thing and we wont return any food items in future. Items were still packed, and sealed. Terrible!

Everything is good except parking the trolley in the parking dock is a long outstanding issue. Customers has to bring back to the store to get their coins out. Suggest provide free trolleys if management cannot fix this issue. For safety reason bringing the trolley up the escalator especially for seniors the store should evaluate their responsibility
